    VR Walkthrough

    Your home is built in full 3D. You walk through every room — experiencing ceiling heights, window placements, spatial relationships — and make changes in the model before anything is fixed in structure.

    BOQ & Sign-Off

    A complete Bill of Quantities is prepared based on your confirmed design. Every material, every finish, every specification — itemised and agreed before construction begins.

The custom design phase — including discovery, concept development, revisions, and VR walkthrough confirmation — typically takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the brief and how many revision cycles are needed.

How many design revisions are included?+

We work collaboratively through the design process until the VR walkthrough confirms you are satisfied with the layout and design. Changes identified during the VR session are made to the digital model — not to construction — so revision is part of the process, not an additional cost at this stage.

Can I bring my own reference images and design ideas?+

Absolutely. Many of our best custom projects begin with a collection of images, sketches, and references that clients have gathered over months or years. Bring everything — we will use it all to understand your vision.
